I was playing poker on MySpace and this person told me he will buy chips from via paypal right, I said ok and then he paid me 25 £ I sent him the chip (25 million) and today I have signed on paypal, I made an argument he has to do what

Probably not much. Something goes on all the time with people buying or game account passwords. You get the bill and then dispute or pw to PP. Basically, you just fell for a fraudster.
