How do I set up a poker game?
I want to setup a Texas Hold 'em poker game for myself and my friends. I know how to play (in general) but I want to know what I need to setup the game. For example, I know a poker table helps, but is not necessary. Cards and enough poker chips. I need a buy-in to limit and need to know the big and small blinds. What else. Step-by-step would be best. Thank you.
