I only play online poker and would like to start playing in a real atmosphere-setting, but …?
I'm scared as hell! I City gone to Atlantic a few times and was a distant people observe only play in at the tables. I'm not sure enough to play at the tables, because I'm so used to playing online. What if I do something wrong (remember I'm the big blind or Suttin) they will laugh at me and make me feel bad? Another Thing are Sit and Go's only some of the Internet, did not see any when I went! I want to start slowly with a low buy-in … anyone wana tutor me?
Just relax .. go there and have a good (great) time. The dealers keep the blinds and as straight .. Do not worry. A few simple things .. If you increase .. announce it .. so you do not increase to a string (BET) to care. Cover your cards with a chip (protection). If someone mucks their cards, and they beat you (unprotected) your hand is empty. Believe me everyone has the nervousness the first time .. About an hour or so .. they will be gone. If ya a nice pot Hit .. Tip your dealer .. (Ring games) Good Luck .. Enjoy ….
