Message to all the Texas Hold-em poker player, I have a question?
I, I played in a poker game yesterdya with a few friends and was involved in person ahand with a heads-up. I had 5 boys, 8 of spades in my hand and I got reaised double the big blind pre-flop. I called in the big blind tho. Flop comes 4 6 check k, i I bet he'll call, again q, I check he bets I call this way, three times the blige are blind, we play, $ 1 is lifted it like 4 or 5 and I cried, Then the river comes a 7 I got my belly shot straight draw, and had had two pairs, as we turned his hands and he shot, I looked out of the stomach and hit him he called me the worst Player makes the lol out of me a bad player or a lucky player because i dont see how I can be bad when I prepared my money on somethig use and risk it to the hand of his not winning the job as his bet with bottom pair of sumthing
If you're just a no-limit hold'em game, I would have thrown the dirt Card in. You played a game with a limit and you would need to see it was worth fishing for the 4 "outs" that you need are (the four 7 in the deck). Suppose you are friends, playing with 6 others. It sounds like the blinds were 0.50 and 1.00. If you have been approached twice the big blind, it gave you the opportunity to to fold, but for $ 1 more reason was enough to see the flop. At this point it would be the pot 4.50. On the turn, it sounds like he bet $ 3. The pot is now 7.50. You have about a 90-10% chance to make your card and you need to win in 3, 7.50 on. Maybe a little high for the bet, but nothing that will break you, so that you are calling. In this case, if you hit the river, call or raise and if you do not you just lost $ 5. I would hunt just so long as the stakes low, otherwise it would be better to muck your cards.
