Three ways to bring playfulness (Back) in your relationship
Remember, if you and your loved ones met first time? She counted the minutes until you saw him again. They called just to hear her sweet voice. Laughter reduces stress and releases feel-good hormones such as endorphins. This does not suck. So, here are three ways to bring playfulness back and alive:
Think like a Children: Children will enjoy the game, often in the simplest things: a squirt gun, a Frisbee, a yo-yo, bubbles, sidewalk chalk, a game of Twister, pillow fights, hide 'n seek, a paddling pool. Take a hint! It is okay to act like children, and silly to do especially if it results to is a good laugh or a fit of giggles. The cool thing about being playful adults (as opposed to children playing in front) is that it's okay if you will play straight into the bedroom or when you drag the cards to play strip poker instead of Go Fish.
Put fun on the program: Select An activity (or two … or three) that are fun for both of you will and put it on your calendar as a regular, recurring event. Sign up for dancing or cooking classes, or join a bowling league or a co-ed softball team. It is not matter as long as you both enjoy it. Surprise your sweetheart by planning a one-night stand and discovering (or again) the pleasures of sex hotel. Do you have a black-tie dinner for two, and not wear black ties. Use Your imagination.
Flirt shamelessly with each other: Flirting is fun, sensual and sparkling. Whisper in each other's ear. Wink a crowded room. Sending suggestive text messages. Tuck your hair behind her ear. Match his tie. Dance provocatively. Whatever it was that worked in your dating days, you do it easy again. And since you used the early days of relationship you have free, can take him to a new level of sensuality and titillation! Toss caution to the wind and only for him go.
