The players receive more cards. A player can only exchange cards, he can choose "one up", which means that it has a open to those who can accept it either, or treated without being seen, take place the next card. After the exchange, the player gets the best hand (and only one player) points for his hand. Then follows another round of exchange, but no hand scoring.
