How can I prevent this problem with gambling?
I have problem with gambling and can not seem to quit. I've been playing NL Texas Hold Em Poker for about a year (for money). I play at several Los Angeles casinos. I am a very good player, but that really does matter in poker. It is a gamble. I play about 3 times a week and occasionally online. When I win, it is always a large amount like $ 400 or $ 350. But somehow I find myself losing it all back. I have gamble had several days when I decided to quit. But sure enough, I get bored and do nothing, and continue to the local casino to play poker. I usually big win that first time, and once again sucked into the game. I'm 19 (yes I play the game to casinos and do not get carded) and I live with my parents in Hermosa Beach. I have a steady job, about $ 200 per week. But I find myself losing that paycheck-to-play every time. What can I do to break this habit. I learn that I stop to this before it gets worse to.
