How should I distribute chips for a home poker tournament?
I can not find this question succintly and adequately addressed anywhere. Suppose I have b / T 6-10 players and a standard 11.5g 500 chip set as you see most places these days, I like to spread the chips for a home poker tournament without any time limit? I plan to have a single re-buy tournament so I do not want to just split equally the lot of the 1st Go round. There are no marked denominations, but typically Chips are worth (# set) $ 1 – White (150) $ 5 – Red (150) $ 10 – Blue (100) $ 25 – Green (50) $ 100 – Black (50) to play say the most resources 100 times the big blind and play no more than 4 colors, so I'm ok w / leaving some out. How would you set that?
I find we play on the following 5 white 100 5 500 4 red green blue 1000 1 5000 and they are colorful periods up to 7 20 minutes when the white and red wines have been addressed and sometimes an orange is played when there is a llot of players and is 10000
