Counterfeiting money is always illegal?
is it still illegal if i dont plan to spread or to spend this money, I play poker with my friends and we are currently playing with chips so we thought it would be cool to use real money, but since none of us are rich and want a real risk ratio would be fake it still won the money only for illegal purposes?
