Poker theme at a wedding?
Me and my future husband get married and this July, with a poker theme wedding. Each table is named after a hand of poker giants as the table marker cards, a royal flush with the head table. the bridesmaids are in red and black and the flower girl in white. Poker Chips as favors and the cake will be in poker. only really ask peoples opinions?
The main question I had …. If it is because you both in poker? They are both poker players and it is a big part of your individual life, and is a big part of your life to be together, then I say go for it! If there is really only some of you to be, then you may want to go for something more traditional, or just tone it down. Friends and family know that there is something to be shared and is a large part of your personality, think it is befitting. There will be those who can participate, that think it's strange, but it's your wedding not their friends. Invision on your 10th, 20th, 50th Wedding anniversary look at your wedding pictures. You think you will look back and smile because of the subject, or go "What the heck was I thinking?" It does not really matter if you think poker is not a part of your life forever, or will be, it depends on Their personality and spirit …. if poker to fade from your life, you're still you smile, the love that you had a beautiful wedding with the man you?
