Marked Paragon # 115 Frank A. MFG weeks New York. This is bakelite (I think) very old. It may not even have a poker chip holder. I guess. Help!
I just spend about 45 minutes of searching the internet for the answer to your question because I am curious. It looks like Frank weeks mfg co. was a manufacturer of crystal. Most Active inkwells and crystal glasses and such. What you have is probably not a poker chip box to, but a box that originally held wine glasses. Either way, it's pretty old. If it on e-bay idea can find a similar collectors who would box to their collection on Just …. Hope this helped
