What value should I give chips, my poker?
I just got a Texas Hold 'Em poker set as a Christmas gift. I've never played the game and I wonder what value to give to my chips. The set includes 4 different colored chips: red, blue, green and white with 50 of each color. I would also like to Know how much each player at the beginning of giving a game and how much should the big and small blind. I just want to play at home with friends and family both No-Limit Betting stakes and limited, we will see what we prefer. Does anyone know so that I can thoroughly copy of Texas Hold 'Em Poker Rules. Plan to set up No Limit Tournaments, or a small cash game? That makes a big difference in how you set up the denominations and how much do you spend each player. If you do want to start a tournament, an online search for "how to set up a No Limit Texas Hold'em Tournament" Tom. When the actual Value of each chip, try this for a tournament: White = 100, blue = 200, Red = 500, green = 1.000. When there are 5 people or less, with 10 white, 10 blue, 8 Red go, and 6 green. (The $ 12,000 in chips to start.) For a cash game, I still can not really say what to do, I do not know how much you want to play for. Do you want to buy-in for $ 5.00 per?
