Can you tell me if the stuff is a copyright?
I'm doing an art project, and I may maintain it thats a bit of money by copyright …. a poker table w / oa logo, a poker chip w / oa logo, sunglasses w / oa logo, and playing cards … thx jon
It really depends on what types of objects that you find. A poker table is probably safe. Money …. is not protected by copyright artists use them all the time. Poker chips are tricky. Some casinos have copyright to the pattern on their chips. Even a shitty generic Poker Chip Set from Walmart has a unique impression of the company, which owns the exclusive rights made. Sunglasses are a few along the lines. Even without a logo, the forms of the patent by the manufacturer Sunglasses Sunglasses are protected. And all the cards are very well protected by copyright. Now that the said. Some cards, chips, sunglasses, and so on are not just for artists use copyrighted. These are free of charge license fees. If you find a royalty Free image of what you need, then its not technically protected by copyright. You can find these types of images from stock photo sites like Shutterstock and iStock.
