Cracked Laptop Screen … What are my options?
My father was only a metal case of poker chips on the screen of his Sony VAIO 19 "Laptop (1.5 years old). The keyboard was not injured. He says the computer is turned completely well with the MS chime, but the screen is white with horizontal black Lines. There are also a few colored lines and a physical fracture on the screen. I have not seen it, but it sounds pretty bad. What are his options?
