Poker with friends; Dealer misdeal (burns extra card). What to do?
So here is the situation. It is heads-up my two friends in between Holdem, because I folded. Bob Pocket K / 7, and Billy, K / 8 Bob and burned a flopped: K/8/7. Bob from burns, because it a nasty habit of doing it for some Cause if he has the turn Deal. Billy goes all in, and Bob calls. Point. Bob Burns and the turn is irrelevant. Bob Burns again and the river is a 7th Bob "wins". After the river Bob jumps in joy and get the cards / chips knocked around in the pot, etc. But I suddenly remember the fact that Bob twice before the turn, as the pre-burn burned, and Billy agrees. There is a big fight, because he claims not Bob, who should win, they should be divided, blah blah. The question is what should be done? I Opinion, should the dealer take the misdealed full responsibility, and thus get Billy the pot. What do you think? It is basically up to me this kind of tomorrow, if we meet again. Is there an official decision about everywhere?
misdeal in situations like this, turn and river cards, the two were taken from, and the deck re-shuffled to endure with a new turn and river burn (no need to turn off the map) as for fixing the situation, I am sure that all of you will with a reasonable and fair solution
