Who's remedy in this poker?
It was an argument with one of my local poker games on a hand and I was wondering what is the uniform rule. Everyone at our game, committed to the "show one show all" rule. However, it was what happened after I folded a hand on the turn and my cards mucked, my opponent showed me his hole cards and then went on to be dirt. Another player then grabbed both of my opponents cards and turned them both over to show everyone. A Argument ensued. The argument has two parts: Part 1: Whether the player had the right cards fall out of the dirt and use them even though he is not the dealer and Part 2: Whether you have both cards be shown, although the player had just flashed one of his cards. So what is the right decision / standard? This was a cash game, incidentally.
"Show one, show all "refers to players, not cards. If you show your cards to one player, then any other player, the card has won the right to see cards exposed. This does NOT mean the cards refer to a player's hand. This does NOT mean "Show one, show both" – If you use only one card, you must not to touch the cards show all other non-exposed. Part 1: Only the dealer should be allowed cards in the muck. The dealer should also be the only person to change from to make the pot. Otherwise, the game can get their hands caused unruly players with distractions everywhere and possibly cheating. Part 2 is only one card was exposed, you do not have the right to see the others. The only exception is when the player showed only one card hand won. There is another rule that says "You must show both cards to win in Hold'em, if the hand comes to a showdown. If the plate "AAKKT" and a player shows KT and the other only the Ace, the player with the ace can not win if he shows the other card.
