What is harder? High stakes or low stakes Hold'em (no limit?) I have seen tight aggressive player in the 1 / 2 level. Some play perfect poker. However, when I watch poker with high stakes, it seems as if they often play much looser and more bluff. I see players call raises with hands like QJ early off suit. This does not seem to play as good. Is High Stakes Poker MORE) difficult than the lower stakes (NO LIMIT

As a broad generalization, the higher the stakes, the more likely the players are serious about the game that there is a greater chance of any player is at least competent means. However, just because something is public, does not mean it applies to any particular table is to analyze it important to set the table and play accordingly. You seem to lose means that the close and play = good = bad play. The is a fairly simple method that is not generally hold true at higher levels. Especially in the high stakes no-limit games, where play after the flop is so important. This is not to say that someone who plays loose with 100/200 is automatically a good player, only that you pay attention to more than just their pre-flop percentages to get an accurate Assessment of the capabilities to make.
