Is this a form of fear?
I live normal life. But sometimes, and the more time when I was younger, I get what I think is anxiety. What I mean by this is the very heart flutter, problems talking, without raising my voice, or just a sense of all be over whelmed. And it in situations that start as low as with a good hand in poker or in the process of the table in billiards. Sometimes through situations like an idiot in a bar, just imagination myself in a situation that I see on TV pressure faced. I wonder how much more calm, I could. It really influence also seems to me, I do not think now if it's my conscience or what. Lately, I feel it keeps me from certain situations because I do not do with the failure to occupy myself because of the setbacks, what this means to me. Is there such a thing (of course if possible), that can it?
This is called stage fright.
